More than an English camp
Campus Connect is a short-term programme delivered by Coquitlam College in Vancouver. Students experience Canadian college life through English & Cultural Studies, selected college classes, university campus visits, cultural excursions, social activities and a Canadian homestay experience.
English & Cultural Studies
Develop reading, writing, listening and speaking through interactive lessons, discussions, presentations and practical communication.
College Course Experience
Experience selected 90-minute college classes in areas such as Communications, Business, Film Studies and English Literature.
University Discovery
Explore major university campuses in British Columbia through scheduled visits to UBC and Simon Fraser University.
Canadian Immersion
Live with a host family, explore Vancouver and experience Canadian culture through excursions, recreation and everyday communication.
Build confidence for the classroom and beyond
Students are placed according to their English level and learn in a supportive Canadian college environment. The programme is designed for intermediate to advanced English learners.

15 days of learning, discovery and connection

Arrival in Vancouver, homestay check-in and time to settle in with the host family.
College orientation and English placement test, followed by The Train Game, Vancouver exploration and SeaBus to North Vancouver.
English & Cultural Studies, University of British Columbia campus tour and Movie Night at College.
English & Cultural Studies, College Class and a Metrotown shopping trip.
Morning English classes, Gastown cultural tour, FlyOver Canada and Arts & Craft Night at College.
English & Cultural Studies followed by a social afternoon of beach games and BBQ.
Full-day excursion to Victoria with ferry travel between Vancouver and Vancouver Island.
A full day to experience daily Canadian family life with the student’s host family.
Morning academic programme, Downtown Vancouver tour and Sports Night.
English & Cultural Studies, Granville Island tour and Movie Night at College.
Morning academic programme followed by a Simon Fraser University campus tour.
English & Cultural Studies, Science World and optional activities at College.
Final English classes followed by the farewell party and graduation ceremony.
Optional excursion or free day, subject to the final confirmed programme plan and supervision arrangements.

Canadian homestay experience
Homestay gives students the opportunity to practise English outside class and experience everyday life with a Canadian family.

Support throughout the programme
Coquitlam College states that a dedicated staff member is available for daily meetings with group leaders, while group leaders help support and care for students throughout the stay.
For school and group bookings, an additional adult chaperone package is available at CAD 2,167 per adult, including homestay and medical insurance. Contact Glowy for confirmation of the final chaperone inclusions and programme arrangements.

Booking information
- Minimum student age: 15 years
- Medical insurance and accommodation are mandatory for short-term participants
- Coquitlam College requires a CAD 350 non-refundable deposit per person at registration
- The programme balance is due at least 30 days before the programme begins
- Individual applications and group enquiries are welcome through Glowy; programme operation remains subject to the operator’s group and intake requirements

Who is this programme for?
The programme has a minimum age of 15 and is designed for students with intermediate to advanced English who want a blend of academic learning, Canadian culture and international experience.
How much English study is included?
Weekday mornings may include up to three 1-hour English & Cultural Studies sessions. Selected days also include 90-minute college classes.
Will students study at UBC or SFU?
No. The programme includes scheduled campus tours of UBC and Simon Fraser University. Academic classes are delivered through the Coquitlam College programme unless the final itinerary states otherwise.
What does homestay include?
The Coquitlam College homestay option includes a shared student room, study space and full-board meals. Special dietary requirements may involve additional fees.
Are the 2027 dates confirmed?

What happens if a Canadian visa is refused?
Visa and refund conditions depend on the formal booking terms. Coquitlam College’s current operator information requires documentary evidence of an IRCC refusal and states that its CAD 350 deposit is non-refundable. Glowy will provide the applicable enrolment and refund terms before payment.
